Iberostar Bahía de Palma

Talat was commissioned to manage the comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Iberostar Playa de Palma Hotel, a 4-star Superior property in Playa de Palma, Mallorca, transforming it into a modern, energy-efficient landmark. 

 The project encompassed 217 rooms (expanded from 169), a spa, a lobby bar, a theme restaurant, a rooftop Sky Bar with the first cantilevered pool in the Balearic Islands, and upgraded common areas.

Talat was responsible for full project management, executive direction, engineering design, technical supervision, and installation execution management. This included coordinating the remodel of all 217 rooms, modernizing facilities for high energy efficiency, and constructing two additional floors for new rooms and the Sky Bar. Talat also managed the engineering and execution of the iconic cantilevered pool, a reference point in Balearic hospitality.
